Returns and Exchanges

At The Andy Warthog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to make sure you get the product that’s right for you.

Our return policy is managed through Printify, the ecommerce source we use for all purchases. Here’s how it works:

• Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via DM on Instagram @the_andywarthog within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item or the item you received is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via DM on Instagram @the_andywarthog within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Change of heart: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer free return shipping, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via DM on Instagram @the_andywarthog and provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item and will work with you to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure that it’s in its original condition and packaging. We’ll then process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature, such as personalized items or items that have been worn or used. We’ll make every effort to clearly indicate which items are not eligible for return or exchange.
